At least four people were killed as a result of a coordinated series of explosions and small arms fire in the city of Cali in southwestern Colombia. Local police reported that the attacks targeted police stations and municipal buildings in the country's third-largest city. Colombian police commander Carlos Fernando Triana said the attacks were carried out in areas where there is a "conflict" between the army and the Marxist guerrilla organization FARC, which was disbanded after a peace agreement was signed with the Colombian government in 2016.
