Earlier on Thursday, talks between Benny Gantz and Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov were postponed at Kyiv's request.
Ukrainian officials are angry with Gantz following his announcement that Israel will not supply Ukraine with weapons, rather with missile alert systems.
