The Palestinian Health Ministry reported Friday that a 16-year-old Palestinian died after being critically wounded when Israeli troops opened fire on stone-throwing Palestinians in the northern West Bank.
The violence comes a day after a Palestinian terrorist shot and wounded three Israelis in Tel Aviv, and was shot dead by security forces.
