Israeli Air Force aircraft attacked a series of Hezbollah targets in Lebanese territory, the army confirmed Wednesday morning.
"Among the targets attacked were several terrorist infrastructures and military sites where the organization's militants operated," a statement read.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah announced two additional casualties from its ranks, Wissam Haidar Murtada and Hasan Ali Ibrahim. These are the 116th and 117th casualties officially announced by Hezbollah since the start of the war, but the IDF estimates that the actual number is higher. (Lior Ben-Ari, Yair Kraus and Yoav Zitun)
