U.S. envoy Nides to join Herzog on Washington trip

United States Ambassador to Israel Tom Nides will fly to Washington on Friday to participate in President Isaac Herzog's official visit stateside.
Nides will accompany Herzog in his meetings with top U.S. government officials, including President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
Nides will also take part in the Israeli President's program at Capitol Hill, concluding his tenure as ambassador to Israel after 19 months. (Itamar Eichner)
