Nine people were injured to varying degrees by IDF gunfire, the Palestinian health ministry reported on Friday, after large crowds rioted along the eastern border of the Gaza Strip with Israel, throwing Molotov cocktails and stones at the fence near the border.
Additionally, several explosions were heard in the southern part of the Palestinian enclave, east of Khan Yunis. The IDF employed crowd control measures.
