Civil Aviation Authority Director General Shmuel Ben Ezra has decided to appoint Reserve Major General Moti Baruch to head the team conducting a thorough review of all security aspects of foreign civil aviation to Israel. Baruch previously served as commander of the Ground Forces Training and Doctrine Command and commander of the IDF's strategic mobilization division.
