Politicians in Rahat protested against Knesset member Zvi Sukkot from the Religious Zionism party upon his arrival at a school in the city, allegedly to oversee an anti-violence curriculum. Sukkot has previously visited schools in Umm al-Fahm, Tuba-Zangariyye, Beit Tzafafa and Beit Hanina.
