Rahat resident Abdallah al-Bahairi (27) was shot and killed in the city by unknown assailants. He was evacuated from the scene in critical condition by paramedics to Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva, where doctors were forced to pronounce him dead. Police said they opened a murder investigation and suspect the motive is criminal.
