Housing Minister Yitzhak Goldknopf met with families of hostages and said, 'I've seen discussions about the war's ultimate goal. Jewish law determines that the value of redeeming captives is supreme.' Among others, Goldknopf met with Robi Chen, Kobi Ohel, Hanna and Eli Cohen, and former captive Sasha Trofimov. He said, 'I'm not in the cabinet like other ministers, and I'm troubled by the reference to numbers - first 24, then 21 - as if we're not talking about human lives. I will support any deal that comes to the government table.'
