A 17-year-old girl with no underlying medical conditions was hospitalized at Assuta Ashdod Hospital in critical condition following a flu complication. The hospital reported that the girl arrived early in the morning suffering from a severe infection and a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Within a few hours, her condition deteriorated further and she is now sedated and on a ventilator. The girl had not yet been vaccinated against the flu.
