Opposition leader Yair Lapid announced that the Yesh Atid party will file a police complaint against Minister Shlomo Karhi following his directive to Communications Ministry employees not to comply with the Attorney General's instructions. In his account on the X platform, Lapid wrote: "From this moment on, Communications Ministry employees and Israeli citizens have no reason to accept the authority of the Communications Minister. He has no authority over Israeli citizens. We will not obey someone who does not obey the law. Yesh Atid will file a complaint against him for incitement and sedition."
