Akunis: Without Hezbollah, Lebanon Could Join Abraham Accords

|
Israel's Consul General in New York Ophir Akunis told American Jewish Committee leaders that "without Hezbollah, there is nothing preventing Lebanon from becoming another Arab state to join the Abraham Accords." According to him, the war will end "when two objectives are achieved: the return of all hostages and the destruction of Hamas. There is no other solution in Gaza besides the destruction and removal of Hamas from the Strip."
