The fire at Haruvit Forest has been brought under control. This was reported by the Fire and Rescue Services, which noted that the blaze consumed approximately 600 acres of brush and vegetation. It was further reported that fire and rescue teams and additional forces will continue to operate in the area into the night to extinguish all remaining hotspots, and therefore the forest will be closed to visitors tomorrow.
