U.S. President Donald Trump said at a cabinet meeting that Iran is "begging to make a deal, they are begging," and claimed that "they are excellent negotiators." He repeated his claim that "we have taken out of commission close to 90% of the launchers, and probably close to 90% of the missiles." He also added a caveat: "I don't know if we will succeed in reaching an agreement."
