More than 100 Israeli rioters took part in violence in the Palestinian village of Jalud near Nablus, and three soldiers were lightly wounded in clashes with them. An IDF and police spokesperson said the rioters set fire to buildings, torched vehicles, blocked roads, burned tires and threw stones at security forces. Prior to the incident, IDF forces attempted to help a Palestinian family return to their home in the village after they were forced to leave due to harassment by rioters in the past. A statement said that as a result of the riots, 'the mission to return them to their home was not completed.' Earlier, it was reported that two Israelis were arrested on suspicion of involvement in the riots and were transferred to police interrogation.
