The four people killed in the Iranian missile strike on a building in Haifa last night are members of one family: Vladimir Gershovich, 73; his wife Lena Ostrovsky, 68; their son Dima Gershovich, 42, from Herzliya; and his wife, Lucille Jane Gershovich, a 29-year-old Filipino citizen. Dima was Vladimir and Lena's only son, and he and Lucille were married in April 2024. The family said: "A family of beloved people with hearts of gold. They were always kind and pleasant to everyone they met, loved life, loved culture and loved traveling. They left a mark of light everywhere they went and on every person they met. We, the family, are heartbroken. Losing them is a terrible tragedy. Not only for us, but for everyone who knew them. We will miss them very much."
