A reserve officer with the rank of lieutenant colonel serving in the Northern Command has been dismissed from his position following complaints from female soldiers about alleged sexual harassment and indecent acts on his part. The IDF said, "The officer was investigated by the Military Police on suspicion of indecent acts and sexual harassment, and his investigation has concluded. Recently, he was summoned by the military prosecution for a hearing before an indictment is filed. In accordance with the recommendation of the military prosecution, the officer was called for a conversation with the Northern Command commander, during which it was decided to terminate his position. The appointment of his replacement is currently being carried out in accordance with existing IDF procedures."
