Police arrested two men in their 20s and 30s from Elad on suspicion of throwing a stun grenade last night at the home of Amnon Maximov, the Elad city manager, and setting fire to the vehicle of Shimon Suissa, the mayor's chief of staff. The municipality stated: "The Elad Municipality will not be deterred by criminal elements attempting to terrorize residents and the municipal administration. These are unacceptable attempts to instill fear and harm the public's sense of security."
