The IDF eliminated Ihab Karazm, head of a major Hamas money transfer infrastructure, in a strike in Khan Younis on Tuesday. According to an IDF spokesperson, "In his role, Karazm was responsible for managing money transfers worth millions of dollars to Hamas's military wing." The IDF also reported that in the same strike, the terrorist Mohammed al-Habash, head of a unit in Hamas's production headquarters, was also eliminated.
