Nahal Oz to 'Tekuma' administration: We will petition High Court if decision to return us to kibbutz isn't canceled

|
Kibbutz Nahal Oz has notified the 'Tekuma' administration, responsible for Gaza border region rehabilitation, that they will petition the High Court against the decision to return residents to the settlement during the war. The kibbutz demands cancellation of the administration's decision and extension of the kibbutz evacuation period. If the demand is not met, the kibbutz will petition the High Court. In their appeal, they wrote: "It's hard to believe that despite the October 7 events and the terrible massacre experienced by the kibbutz and its residents, the administration chooses to force Nahal Oz residents to return to the kibbutz under combat conditions. Nahal Oz and its residents will not agree to be abandoned once again."
