President Isaac Herzog addressed the possibility last night in an interview with the American network MSNBC that Trump would pressure him to grant Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu another term: "I don't think the U.S. president or anyone else can interfere with my discretion. The discretion must be based on the facts — and we'll see what the facts are, meaning who can form a coalition. That's a different question from who supports whom." This comes after U.S. President Donald Trump re-shared his endorsement of Netanyahu for prime minister.
