Pedestrian killed by truck in Modi'in, intersection on Highway 431 closed to traffic

A pedestrian, approximately 30 years old, was killed after being hit by a truck on Yitzhak Rabin Boulevard in Modi'in. MDA paramedics who arrived at the scene pronounced her death. Police have opened an investigation and blocked the Yitzhak Rabin-Yehuda HaMaccabi intersection on Highway 431. The truck driver has been detained for questioning.
