The Home Front Command announced that residents can exit protected spaces but must remain near them in the following areas: Central Negev, Western Negev, Gaza Envelope, Judea, Southern Negev, Arava, Dead Sea, Beit She'an Valley, the Bay, Menashe, Wadi Ara, Carmel, Upper Galilee, the Valleys, Northern Golan, Southern Golan, Lower Galilee, Central Galilee and the confrontation line.
