Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar, affiliated with Hezbollah, reported that today another round of weapons handover from a Palestinian refugee camp to the Lebanese army will take place. According to the report, weapons are expected to be transferred from the Al-Bass camp in Tyre, following yesterday's weapons handover from the Burj al-Barajneh camp. According to Al-Akhbar, machine guns, Dushka machine guns, RPGs, shells, bullets and hand grenades were handed over. Meanwhile, the commander of the National Security Forces claimed that a truck of heavy and medium weapons was handed over that did not belong to the factions, but to "a person who entered the camp illegally 48 hours ago."
