Arkia airline announced that it has halted all flight sales until Saturday, June 21 (inclusive) due to the security situation. The company added that it will establish a rescue flight schedule from several destinations to bring back Israelis staying abroad. Initially, these destinations will be nearby locations including Athens, Larnaca, Rome, Paris, and also New York. In its statement, the company said, "The flights will operate immediately upon receiving approval from the security system, including on Fridays and Saturdays according to guidelines, and will be available for purchase only through the company's website."
