The World Cup group draw has concluded, and the 2026 tournament will open with Mexico hosting South Africa - a rematch of the opening game from the 2010 World Cup. Twelve groups were drawn, and in Group 9, giants Kylian Mbappe who plays for France and Erling Haaland who stars for Norway will face off. Group 3 will feature Brazil, Morocco, Scotland and Haiti; Group 10 will include Argentina with star Leo Messi, Austria, Algeria and Jordan; and Group 11 will have Portugal with Cristiano Ronaldo, Colombia, Uzbekistan, and the team that wins Path 1 in the inter-continental playoff.
