Kish to striking teachers: 'Don't listen to agitators, don't fall into the trap'

|
Education Minister Yoav Kish addressed the education system crisis in the Knesset plenum, speaking to teachers who continued striking even after agreements were reached with the Treasury. 'Don't listen to unnecessary incitement,' Kish said. 'There is unnecessary agitation that harms children, parents and the teachers themselves because in such a situation they won't receive pay. There are no negotiations, the negotiations are over. Don't listen to agitators, it's a shame you're falling into this trap. You have a representative organization in the Teachers' Union, there are orders, don't act illegally in a criminal manner.'
