The court approved the publication of the identity of the Gaza Division intelligence officer who served in the position on October 7, 2023, following a petition by Ynet and Yedioth Ahronoth on the matter. The officer, Lt. Col. A., who still serves in the IDF's intelligence system, appealed the decision and the court granted a stay of execution. The petition on behalf of the news organization was filed by attorneys Tal Leiblich and Nissim Azrad, from the law firm Leiblich-Moser-Glick.
