North Korea has arrested senior officials 'responsible' for this week's accident in which a nuclear-missile destroyer developed by the isolated state collapsed. According to North Korean news agency KCNA, law enforcement authorities arrested, among others, the chief engineer of the shipyard in Chongjin city where the massive vessel was built. The accident occurred during the destroyer's launch ceremony - right in front of dictator Kim Jong Un.
