Haaretz journalist Chaim Levinson fired after exposure of work for Shrulik Einhorn

Haaretz journalist Chaim Levinson was fired from his position at the newspaper after it was revealed that he worked for Perception company owned by consultant Shrulik Einhorn - who is involved in the "Qatar-gate" affair. According to Haaretz, Levinson received approximately 200,000 shekels for his work. The journalist wrote on X: "The side work with Einhorn ended in 2024, all the writing I did was not related in any way to my journalistic work. I made a serious mistake for which I apologize. Although I stopped the connection, I did not include full disclosure. I never did any work for Qatar and did not know about the connection between Einhorn and them."
