Am Yisrael Chairman Ofer Winter responded to the exit polls for the 26th Knesset elections, saying: "The night is still long. About two months ago, we set out with the intention to lead to different leadership on the right, one that knows how to take responsibility. We fought against a machine we wish they'd use against Hamas - we would be winning." According to him, "Am Yisrael is a movement that is here to stay, to say there is different leadership that comes to unite and not divide. We are not the enemy, they got completely confused here, but we will fix it. To take care of the people of Israel, we must ensure that a broad government is established here and not a partisan one."
