US: Nearly 20 years in prison for Jewish woman who worked for 'Sinaloa' drug cartel

|
A Florida court sentenced Tzvia Cole (37), an American Jewish woman who presented herself as 'Sapir Cole' and worked for the Mexican 'Sinaloa' drug cartel, to nearly 20 years in prison. Her partner, Jimmy Sanchez (38), was sentenced to 27.5 years in prison. The two admitted that in 2022 they murdered a man in Miami after suspecting he stole a $90,000 drug shipment belonging to the organization - a shipment that was not stolen by him at all, but had been previously seized by police. Cole and Sanchez confronted the victim in a hotel room, where Cole provided the gun with which he was shot to death, moments after he managed to dial 911.
