Before Division 98 entered the combat zone, the Air Force and the divisional fire center eliminated dozens of terrorists in the area and conducted strikes to enable the ground entry of the fighters. According to the IDF spokesperson, approximately 100 terror targets have been attacked so far, including terrorists, weapons storage facilities, command centers and observation posts.
