The report noted that according to Ukrainian intelligence services, the deals could negatively affect the country's sovereignty and security. After negotiations in Abu Dhabi between Russia and Ukraine ended without a breakthrough, Zelenskyy also claimed that Putin associate Kirill Dmitriev initiated the package deal, which includes sanctions relief on Russia and joint economic projects, among other things.
