Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu instructed Justice Minister Yariv Levin to submit a basic law, the foundation of which was revealed by ynet about two and a half months ago, for replacing 'senior officials' in each government. According to him, "It's unreasonable that the vast majority of senior officials come from the same worldview. This is an anti-democratic system." He told Justice Minister Levin to submit a law "that will allow for proper diversity, and enable any government from any political side to function without the officials being able to disrupt its work and stall it." During the meeting, Netanyahu asked Levin to submit a basic law on the matter - and told him "to take care of it."
