After Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said yesterday that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan "aids Iran and massacres his Kurdish citizens," the Turkish Foreign Ministry issued a statement saying Netanyahu's goal is "to undermine the ongoing peace negotiations and continue his expansionist policy in the region." Ankara called Netanyahu "the Hitler of our time" and said that if he fails to derail the negotiations "he risks being tried in his own country and will likely be sentenced to prison."
