The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court convicted Matan Shaul, who posed as medical staff at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, of indecent acts obtained through fraudulent consent and attempted indecent acts obtained through fraudulent consent. Shaul gained access to patients during nighttime hours by wearing a mask and gloves and taking equipment from the nurses' station. He committed an indecent act against a minor, approximately 15 years old, who was hospitalized at the hospital, under the pretext of conducting a medical examination.
