Lanes have been closed in Jerusalem and on Highway 1 ahead of U.S. President Donald Trump's visit to Israel. The closed roads include: Highway 1 in both directions (traffic will be diverted to Highway 443); access to Highway 1 from Highway 6 at Ben Shemen interchange; Highway 1 from Ganot interchange to Sakharov interchange; in the city itself, Weizmann Boulevard, Herzl Boulevard, Shazar Boulevard, Rabin Boulevard and the streets Ben Zvi, Rupin, Zussman and Samuel Stefan Wise have been closed to traffic. Police recommend the public use public transportation and avoid coming to these areas.
