Massive traffic jams are being reported in northern Tel Aviv. Due to construction work on the Light Rail Green Line and to avoid working on Saturday, Rokach Boulevard in Tel Aviv has been closed to traffic from 1:00 AM and will remain closed until tomorrow at 5:00 PM.
