The Security Cabinet secretly approved two weeks ago the establishment of 22 settlements in Judea and Samaria - including the re-establishment of Homesh and Sa-Nur. The proposal was approved at the initiative of Defense Minister Israel Katz and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, according to which the following settlements will be established (names are temporary): Adi Ad, Achiya, Nofei Prat, Ateret Adar, Inbar and Beit Horon North in Mateh Binyamin Council; Kedem Arava in Megilot Dead Sea Council; Machane Gadi, Ir HaTamarim, Givonit and Tevetz in Jordan Valley Council; Mitzpe Ziv, El Nove and Kedem Arava in Har Hebron Council; Havat Yair, Maoz Tzvi, Ma'alot Halhul, Afeka, Yonadav, Rechavam and Har Eival in Samaria Council.
