A 14-year-old electric scooter rider was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle on Haba'il al-Arab Street in Jerusalem. Magen David Adom paramedics evacuated him to Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital in the city. Police have launched an investigation into the circumstances of the incident.
