Netivei Israel company announced that the interchange ramp from Bar Ilan Junction on Highway 471 to Highway 4 southbound will be closed from 23:55 until 05:00 for milling work. The exit from Highway 4 southbound toward Rishon LeZion and the entrance to Highway 431 from Rishon LeZion will also be closed due to construction.
