A suspect involved in the theft of a luxury Lexus vehicle from Rishon LeZion collapsed and died after being arrested by police at the Rantis checkpoint in Samaria. Police said that 'during the arrest, the suspect lost consciousness, apparently following a cardiac event. Unit fighters and volunteers performed resuscitation procedures until Magen David Adom arrived and evacuated him. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital.'
