Rabbi Dov Lando, the spiritual leader of the Degel HaTorah party (part of United Torah Judaism along with Agudat Yisrael), has announced that a meeting will be held in the coming minutes with Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee Chairman Boaz Bismuth, with the participation of the committee's legal adviser Miri Frankel-Shor. According to Lando, only after this meeting will the rabbi decide on the question of voting on the budget in its first reading.
