The prosecution has filed an indictment with the Beer Sheva District Court against Yaniv Galber (22) from Rishon Lezion after he committed serious sexual offenses against a 17-year-old girl who was vacationing in Eilat. According to the indictment, Galber met the girl at a hotel in Eilat by the pool and they talked. After some time, Galber entered the girl's room and performed indecent acts and rape, despite her requests for him to stop and despite her saying he was hurting her. At some point, she managed to break free from his grip and asked him to leave the room, but he only intensified his actions. Galber is charged with rape and indecent acts under aggravating circumstances.
