The police reported that MK Hanoch Milbitzki has been summoned for questioning at Lahav 433 on suspicion of obstruction of justice offenses, allegedly committed before his election to the Knesset. Two others have been detained. The investigation began in 2022, and once reasonable suspicion was established, he was summoned for questioning under caution to clarify the facts, all with the approval of the Attorney General and the State Prosecutor.
