Clalit Health Services CEO Eli Cohen has announced his departure from the position. The Clalit board of directors accepted his notice and will begin the process of finding a replacement. Cohen will continue in his role until a date to be determined. He stated: "After 29 years at Clalit, including three as CEO, I decided it was time to step down. Together we led Clalit through one of the most challenging periods for both the organization and the country, and continued to provide vital medical care even under fire."
