Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's advisers reached out to Tel Aviv University Student Union Chairwoman Gal Shinotar and invited her to Likud campaign headquarters to interview Netanyahu. When she arrived, she presented them with a list of questions, and Topaz Luk began crossing out some of them from the page. According to Shinotar, in addition to Luk, Likud campaign manager and Bat Yam Mayor Tzvika Brot also arrived at the location. While Netanyahu was playing ping-pong with activists as part of campaign filming, Luk and his colleagues went over the list of questions, marking what was and wasn't allowed, and explained to her that Oct. 7 and the question of a state commission of inquiry 'are not currently serving the campaign.'
