Security forces operated in Nablus's Casbah to arrest a wanted militant from the 'Lion's Den' terrorist group, who carried out attacks, assisted in weapons procurement and planned additional attacks, police reported. The undercover unit arrived at the compound where the suspect was barricaded, surrounded it and began arrest procedures. During the operation, the forces identified the suspect attempting to escape and responded by firing at his lower body, confirming a hit. The suspect was arrested by the undercover unit and transferred for investigation by security forces. During the operation, shots were fired and explosive devices were thrown at the force, which responded with gunfire. No injuries to our forces.
